He was born January, 22, 1964 in Astyrovka, Gorkovsky district, Omsk region. He is a native Omskovite. He is Russian. His father, Anatoly Larionovich , a driver, was the head of the collective garage. His mother, Valentina Michailovna, worked in the kindergarden. Now they are pensioneers.
He left Astyrovskaya secondary school (1981), graduated from machine-building faculty of Omsk Politechnic Institute (1986).
In 1986-89 he worked at the Republican Supplies Base (engineer, the head of the engineering division). In 1988 he was elected the trade union leader (unofficial).
In 1989 he set up and became the head of "Agroservice" firm.( supply, maintanence and service of agriculture machinery).
Since 1997 he is the General Manager of "Karbyshevskoe" stock company. He was elected at the personnel meeting.
In February, 2003 he was elected the head of Omsk Agriculture Movement.
In December, 2004 he was elected the RF State Duma Member as a representative of Bolsherechensky 128 constituency (Omsk region).
Now he is the RF State Duma Member, the Chief Deputy of Agriculture Committee.
